Update: We won an award!

Our first win of the year - and that's us getting started.

Excited to share that we were awarded “Best Animation” by the jury at the 13th Bangalore Shorts Film Fest for our animated LB Original “Crater”, directed by Pakhi Verma and Raaj Rufaro. It was exhilarating to compete against an incredible range of short films and to hear what the audience thought about our film.

Crater revolves around the question, “What happens when we no longer seek the stars”. Our protagonist explores themes of creation and obsession through a desolate landscape that has forgotten what stars look like.

It took us half a year to conceptualize and execute the film - from character design, world-building, and sound design to the overall production all done with a team of three animators. We’re thankful for the reception it has been getting and are deeply proud of our team.
